Refund policy
Online purchases made through myaccessoryaddiction.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your invoice provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail. Contact customer service for a return label. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Depending on how fast your mailman is, it can take up to 10 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days, of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control).
Jewelry (excluding earrings and body piercings) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).
GIFT CARDS, E-GIFT CERTIFICATES, EARRINGS, BODY PIERCINGS, AND ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
LOST EARRING GUARANTEE: If you lose an earring from a pair purchased through MYACCESSORYADDICTION.COM in the first 30 days, MYACCESSORYADDICTION will replace with a full set at no additional charge long as the item is in stock and the missing side is returned via mail within the 30 day window.
